Our twentieth century world spins fast. It is hard to keep abreast of the almost daily appearance of new products, new materials and new uses for them.

In the carpet industry, though no new basic methods of weavings have been invented and no synthetic materials have yet been found to satisfactorily replace natural wool, the past fifteen years have seen greater innovations in this conservative field than in any period since the industrial revolution.

The watchword today is "texture" in infinite variety and suited to every type of interior. Our heritage from the past and our promise for the future are great.
